Andy Espinoza

I was born in 1993 in Las Vegas, where I grew up and graduated from East Career Tech Academy in 2012, studying automotive. Not long after graduation, I started my real estate career alongside my dad Tony Espinoza. For three years we worked together helping families buy and sell homes before I felt a deeper calling to serve my country. In 2016, I joined the U.S. Army and earned the title of Military Police professional. Shortly after graduation, I came back home and attended my very first rave the Electric Daisy Carnival where I met the woman who would later become my wife. Together, we decided to leave the desert heat behind and move to Washington to embrace all the natural beauty the Pacific Northwest has to offer. We got married in 2018 and welcomed our first son. In 2021, our second son was born and we purchased our first home which made me appreciate even more how meaningful homeownership is. At the start of 2025, I felt that real estate was truly calling me back. I knew I had the skills, the drive, and the heart to guide people through one of the most stressful yet rewarding times of their lives. Today, I combine my discipline from the Army, the lessons I learned working with my father, and my own life experiences as a husband, father, and homeowner to help clients navigate the real estate process with trust, care, and confidence.
