Martin Real Estate Group

Tari was very organized and efficient. She picked us up each day with a list of appointments (8-10) and helped us negotiate a winning bid. Terry N. Was also very helpful with all the documents.

Andy was a trustworthy agent who worked diligently and was responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Andy helped me buy land in Jefferson County. I would work with Andy again if the opportunity comes up. He's a high quality agent.

Melea was wonderful to work with! She genuinely cared about getting us into our dream home and it showed. Our favorite thing about the process was how well she communicated with everyone involved. She was quick, responsive, and did her research on any questions that came up. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Melea and we will definitely refer our friends and family to her!

Working with the Martin Team was such a great experience. We started working with Marcie almost 2 years ago. The market has been so crazy and the pandemic limited options for viewing properties. Marcie worked with us to do both in-person and virtual showings and really got to know us and what we were looking for in a new home. We finally found a house that had everything we wanted. It was an older home and TJ provided his insight and experience with renovating properties so that we were aware of the work ahead and comfortable making an offer. When our offer was accepted, Marcie lead us through the purchasing process, provided updates, and made sure we knew what was needed from us and when. It was a seamless process and we are so happy in our new home!

Andy was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend Andy to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Our house sold in 4 days at the highest price in the neighborhood. Transaction was super smooth.
