Finding a house can be super stressful, and the fear of not having all the info/knowledge is real. Andrew was THAT guy, not only resourceful but also aware of my long non-negotiables, so whenever we were viewing a potential house, he knew immediately when I wasn't feeling it. I am very picky and green given that it's my 1st home, but he's been so patient and understanding; it's like having a big brother around. From start to finish, he's been communicative, super supportive, and always offers the best advice, especially during escrow. Even after a successful buy, he checks in to see if anything is needed (plumbing, an electrician, etc.). I am so, so happy that my first home-buying experience was with Andrew, now my bffl. 100/5 stars

We cannot recommend Andrew highly enough. Throughout a home search that took much longer than we initially expected, Andrew remained incredibly patient and stayed helpful through the entire process. What we appreciated most was how responsive he was. He never hesitated to call the sellers' agents and was consistently persistent on our behalf to make sure we were taken care of and not taken advantage of during the buying process. Andrew also went above and beyond by finding all the contractors for our inspections and getting us the estimates we needed for our credit requests. We really felt like we had someone in our corner the whole time, and we're so grateful for his help.

My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Andrew Tyree. He helped us find and purchase our first home, in an extremely competitive and challenging market of LA, and on top of that helped us at each step along the way of the purchasing process which was new to us. We had been dreaming of our first home for a while, weren't sure if we were ready to make the jump from renting to buying, but when we began working with Andrew he explained our options, ways to go about them, and the steps we needed to take to make it happen. My wife and I almost gave up our search for a home for our growing family after having RE agents talk the game about what they would do for us but never following through. We came across Andrew and we loved his energy! We had him represent us as buyers when we found our perfect dream home within minutes of the homes listing. We made it clear to him on how we had to be quick to reach out and communicate our serious intentions and hope he hit it off with the seller agents. Long-short; andrew ran laps for us and was always available when we had questions or concerns. Andrew is personable and effective when it comes to selling a home. However, my experience working with him as a buyer was disappointing. I often found communication lacking and did not feel fully informed or strongly advocated for during the process. A buyers agent is expected to act as a fiduciary, prioritizing the clients best interests, and in retrospect, I do not feel that standard was met in my case. I wish I had worked with an agent who was more transparent, proactive, and aligned with my goals as a buyer.
