ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew went above and beyond for me in the home buying process. He was prompt and quick to respond with any questions I had. He really had my best interest in mind!
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew was extremely patient with us as we explored every nook and cranny of Columbia County looking for a new home to buy. He was always ready to go somewhere new off the beaten path, and responded to any questions we had quickly and professionally. Andrew was also extremely personable, we were never pressured to make an offer on a home or railroaded to certain properties, likewise we never pressured to sell our home until we were ready. He always went above and beyond doing research on various properties and statutes, and helped us prepare our own home for sale. We would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone who is in the market for buying or selling a property.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs first time home buyers my wife and I were both excited and nervous to buy our First home. Andrew was available at all times of the day to answer our questions we looked at at least a half dozen houses before we bought our home. We're happy with the deal we received and feel confident now in the entire process of buying a home. I will use Andrew again when it is time to sell my home
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a pleasure to have Andrew (KW) as part of my Realtor Agent in both buying and selling my homes. Throughout the past several months, he showed me variety of homes. We made an offer on two homes but it was not successful due to multiple offers. But that did not stop us from searching for the right home. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house of forced to make an offer. To make it short, i was satisfied with my final decision on my new place after a few months of searching. I felt that i have a trustworthy agent, knowledge, honesty, much respected, and appreciated. I would recommend Andrew to anyone that is searching for a new home or selling. Thanks again for being patient and understanding my need of a home. The best part is that i have a new friend.
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the first time we met and had coffee to go over our wants to after closing, Andrew has been even more than I had expected from a realtor. This was our first time buying a home and we used the HUD 184 Loan. I couldnt had asked for a better experience as I'm someone with a lot of questions. Andrew wasnt/isnt pushy at all and wont try to sell you something you cant afford. 110% in my book.
