I needed alot extra help because of my lack of knowledge on computer related transactions and obtaining information over internet and Andrew was very patient and helpful through that, also showed me 3 or 4 homes as walk throughs and was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with them to keep me from making a mistake, plus looked at many homes on his computer until we found the right one.
