Josiah is such a great realtor. He was very attentive to the millions of questions we had as first time homebuyers. The process of looking for homes and being under contract was so smooth thanks to him. I highly highly recommend him and his team to help you find your home.

Josiah sold my house in 6 days , he was great to work with , excellent communication , I will use him again , Best real estate agent in Florida ?

Josiah became a good friend of mine after this whole experience, he found me my first home and walked me through every step of the home buying process. He gave his opinions and insights on what i should look for and what to avoid. He is genuinely invested in finding people their homes, not their next projects. I couldn't recommend him enough, I send all of my friends to him! Solid man with a solid perspective of the areas he works in. I highly recommend Josiah.

Being in new home sales for the last 10 years and meeting Realtors almost daily I would recommend Josiah to anyone looking for a home. He is outstanding in communication and customer service. 10/10 Thank you for helping my family Josiah!

Josiah is AMAZING! We relocated from NY and Josiah made the process so easy. After meeting in person and viewing a few properties, he was able to navigate exactly what we were looking for. Of course we chose a difficult house/property but Josiah took care of everything. He fought for us and kept us up to date every step of the way. Highly recommend! Outstanding at what he does!
