ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew just helped me buy my first home in Chicago. By helped, I mean literally was with me every single step of the way. He told me to wait, be patient, time the market, and then when it was the right time to escalate the search, he did. He sent me great properties, told me his thoughts on each. He never got frustrated and was always extremely responsive. Once we got to the contracting phase, which can be stressful, Andrew went even more above and beyond. Any time there was a perceived issue, Andrew would immediately call me and walk me through it, all the way to close. I recommend Andrew Coppens without hesitation to anyone looking for a home. I hope to work with him again next year in acquiring my first investment property.
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew truly understood my personal wants and needs and helped me find my new home in Chicago at my own pace! We spent about 6months researching desired areas and touring homes both virtually and in person. Once I found the condo I wanted to put an offer in on, he helped deal with a very unresponsive/rude seller. As a first time home buyer, I appreciated all his guidance and ability to go above and beyond as a person!
ZillowVERIFIEDBought and sold a condominium .First day we met he understood what we looking for . He was communicating with us and keeping us informed from beginning to end of all the process . Great job him and his team! Highly recommend working with him
ZillowVERIFIEDI had the opportunity to work with Andrew on some different options. He is very professional, responding, supportive and can give you the correct suggestions and market analysis. Pleasure working with him, super suggested!
ZillowVERIFIEDAndrew Coppens really understood what I was looking for. I didnt have much time but he really stepped up and was very responsive. Now it didnt end with me finding the perfect place, he followed up and was there for anything I needed. Excellent!! I recommend him strongly. I'm very happy.
ZillowVERIFIEDI requested Andrew Coppens services to find a tenant for my apartment. I was well aware the rental market was not the greatest in the area I was renting at this time and was prepared for my unit to remain empty for a couple of months, due to the lack of demand and amount of rental units available. Within 1 week of my unit being vacated, Andrew had it rented, handled all of the required paper work with the building association, and made the entire process seamless and easy. I 100% percent would acquire Andrew's expertise and services again when I need them, and recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy/sell/rent/lease.
