I actually connected with him due to my mom finding him, and she sent me his number, since she knew I was looking to move into a new home, and sell my current residence at the time. There's definitely a lot of amazing things to say about Andrew, but I want to try and be as brief as I can, and capture my opinion in as few words as possible, so that anyone reading this won't have to go through a whole novel and such. Andrew will probably be, which means 100% for sure will be, the guy I choose to work with if I ever buy or sell again in my life. He just knows it all I think. He not only has this vast amount of expertise in the real estate world, but he also brings with him the ability to handle all the little troubles that come up during home buying or selling. Say for example you want a new doorbell ringer installed in your house, for when you're trying to sell, he's got you covered. It will be really tough, I think, to find a Realtor who adds as much, or more value than what Andrew brings. And also, time. Time I think is critical when it comes to meeting deadlines, and especially for questions. Andrew will take the time to make sure he is answering your questions, whether by phone call, text, or in person. He's flexible, and will not make you feel like there is a clock running at all times. So yes I gave Andrew 5 stars in every category. Honestly, there needs to be more categories, and those categories will get 5 stars easy. He just covers so many areas when it comes to homes, that you just feel like you're in great hands, and I'd be surprised if any of his clients ever got stressed out. So to sum up, pick Andrew, and the house thing will be a slam dunk. Good luck to you all, and thank you again Andrew!!
