Andrea's experience varies from working with builders selling new construction homes, buyers at every price point, from $100k to $1M+, purchasing distressed homes in great areas to renovate and sell, consulting on homeowners renovations, and more. Andrea develops unique marketing strategies for her sellers including placements in media outlets across various platforms. Her proactive personality, attention to detail and passion for the industry continues to help buyers successfully transition into their new home including combined "sell and buy" situations where timing needs to be flawlessly managed for a seamless move. Andrea holds a Bachelors in Marketing; Masters in Public Relations; and has 10+ years of public relations experience at top PR agencies in NYC and CT, all before becoming a REALTOR in 2014. She is also the Co-Leader of LEVEL Fairfield County, the Fairfield County, CT Chapter of a modern female networking group dedicated to collaboration over competition and empowering female entrepreneurs.
