Compass Connecticut

Andrea did a wonderful job advising, assisting and negotiating the sale of a home and a condominium. Her skill and expertise made for quick sales on both properties. We would be very confident recommending Andrea to anyone in need of a realtor,

Steph was amazing. Well spoken and understood the market. She knew exactly what we needed to do to get our house sold. I would use her again if I needed too.

My wife and I decided to move from New Jersey to Connecticut as part of a corporate relocation. After scouting several towns on our own in search of our next home, we decided to seek the services of a corporate approved real estate firm, and reached out to Andrea Viscuso with Compass. We are so glad to have made that first call to Andrea. We quickly found Andrea and her team to be very resourceful. From getting us pre approvals, to showing properties that fit our specifications, to giving good advise during the bidding process, to connecting us with lenders and legal council, to guiding us through the closing process, Andrea and her team were spot on! We are very happy with our home in Madison CT, and so glad we met Andrea. We highly recommend Andrea & Compass if you are in need of a professional, very resourceful real estate firm. Thank you Andrea!

Working with Kayla was truly one of the best decisions I made. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire home-buying process and constantly reassured me that the right home would come along. I never once felt pressured to make an offer or rush into a decision, which made such a stressful process feel calm and manageable. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely cared. Her goal was never just to get me under contractaEUR"it was to make sure I found the right home for me. She always had my best interests at heart, and that level of integrity is something thats hard to come by. I'm so grateful for all of her guidance, honesty, and support. Thanks to Kayla, I'm in a home I absolutely love, and I couldnt recommend her more to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Working with Andrea was an absolute dream from start to finish. She helped us find our new homeaEUR"one we originally assumed was out of our price rangeaEUR"and then skillfully negotiated the price well under asking. Once we were ready to move forward, she and her team immediately hustled to get our current house on the market (including helping to style our house for photos and open houses). Thanks to her innovative marketing and strategic approach, we received multiple offers well over asking. Throughout both our purchase and our sale, Andrea was incredibly proactive. She consistently followed up with every relevant party, from lawyers to the builder to our mortgage lender, ensuring that no detail was overlooked. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients shines through in everything she does. Beyond being a thoughtful, hardworking real estate agent who always does right by her clients, Andrea is simply a wonderful person. Were grateful for her guidance and friendship, and we know well continue to be friends for years to come. We truly couldnt recommend her more. You are in the best hands if you choose Andrea and her team for your real estate needs!
