Andrea Murray

Andrea Murray is a Real Estate Broker, Broker/Owner of REMAX Empire Properties and leader of The Murray Team alongside her husband and business partner, Chris Murray. With more than 20 years of real estate experience and over 4,000 homes sold throughout their careers, Chris and Andrea have built one of Southern California's most experienced real estate teams.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Andrea studied criminal justice and attended the police academy while in college. She ultimately chose to leave that path to pursue a career in real estate with Chris. What began as a career change developed into more than two decades in the industry, thousands of home sales and eventually co-ownership of REMAX Empire Properties.

Andrea has spent her real estate career representing homeowners throughout changing markets and has extensive experience with residential listings and complex property sales. Her experience includes traditional home sales, luxury real estate, probate and trust sales, inherited properties, REO and bank-owned homes, HUD properties, short sales, senior transitions and downsizing, investment properties, 1031 exchanges, relocation and other specialized real estate situations.

Over the years, Andrea developed extensive experience working with homeowners, executors, administrators, trustees, beneficiaries, attorneys, fiduciaries, financial institutions and asset managers. That background gives her firsthand knowledge of the additional communication and coordination that can be required when a sale involves an estate, trust, institutional asset, distressed property or other complex circumstances.

As a Broker/Owner and active real estate professional, Andrea is involved in both the real estate and business sides of the operation. She also has extensive experience with property marketing and positioning. The Murray Team's seller marketing includes professional photography, 3D tours, drone media, targeted digital marketing, major real estate websites and broad online exposure. Sellers also have access to licensed contractors and service providers when repairs or property work are needed before going on the market.

Andrea and Chris have built their business across Southern California, with decades of sales throughout Riverside County and the Inland Empire and an extensive sales history spanning more than 60 Southern California cities. Today, they are Broker/Owners of REMAX Empire Properties in Murrieta and lead The Murray Team together.

Andrea's individual accomplishments include earning the REMAX Circle of Legends award in 2022. Andrea and The Murray Team have also earned Team Pinnacle Club recognition every year from 2020 through 2025.

Andrea's approach to real estate is built around experience, communication and understanding the details of each individual sale. After thousands of transactions and more than two decades in the business, she brings the perspective that comes from working through different markets, property types and complex real estate situations while remaining actively involved in the business today.

Outside of real estate, Andrea enjoys traveling, concerts and live music, and fitness. She and Chris have been together since 2003 and work side by side as both business partners and Broker/Owners of REMAX Empire Properties. Chris's father, Ron Murray, is also a longtime real estate professional and member of The Murray Team, making real estate very much a family business for the Murrays.
