I have never seen an absolutely seamless and enjoyable purchase like we experienced! Purchasing a home, while you reside in a different part of the country, is very frightening but from the first introduction phone call from Andrea, we were put at ease. She literally held my hand step by step. She treated us like we were so special and she TRULY cared about our well-being. It was so important to her that we found the perfect house to make a "home" in Georgia. Andrea explained each step, several times if we needed her to, and her knowledge and patience was so appreciated! She never said she could do something and not do it! Every single aspect that needed to be negotiated, Andrea handled with the sellers side until we were satisfied. We had a very bad beginning and wasted 1.5 days of our 5 days total due to in-competencies of another agent. Andrea appeared like a superhero and saved the situation. Otherwise we would have traveled 5000 miles for no reason. She helped us showing and finding the right house when we were feeling very hopeless and helpless.
