My previous review about Andrea was completely genuine. Unfortunately, her recent response only reinforces my impression of her professionalism. She was the listing agent for a property at 49 66th Street in West New York, and despite multiple texts and voice messages from me aEUR" a serious buyer ready to make an offer aEUR" she never responded. That lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional, especially in such a competitive market. I wish I could say that she is an amazing agent, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. I reached out multiple times aEUR" leaving two voicemails and sending three text messages over the span of five days aEUR" and only received a single brief response of aEURoehello.aEUR? When she finally answered my call, she hung up right after I mentioned that she had been difficult to reach. I was genuinely interested in making an offer on a property she was listing, but her lack of communication and professionalism made that impossible. A very disappointing experience.
