We are extremely satisfied with the service which Camilo provided in the sale of our condominium. He proposed a price which enabled us to sell the property quickly, while achieving a fair return on our investment. He recommended a carpenter/painter who did necessarily repairs and updates to the property swiftly and at a reasonable cost. He energetically worked to show it to potential buyers, and we were able to conclude the sale more quickly than we had expected despite considerable uncertainty in the local real estate market. At all times he was responsive to our telephone and email inquiries, and explained all the issues which inevitably arise in the course of a sale. His calm, helpful manner greatly reduced the stress of selling the unit. We recommend him enthusiastically to anyone looking for a a committed, highly effective real estate agent.

We have used Andre on two real estate buy transactions and wouldnt hesitate to use him a third time. He is very professional, but candid and honest when discussing important topics. Very helpful in offering to help set up painters, local contractors, etc., for work that was needed. VERY responsive but also very proactive.
