I built my home just off Church Road in Ferndale over 40 years ago. It was a custom-built house with architectural details that made it special aEUR" and I kept it in excellent condition over the decades. Its where we raised our family, and saying goodbye wasnt easy. When the time came to move closer to my kids and grandkids on the other side of the state, I wanted the transition handled with care and respect. Thats exactly what I got with Andi. We spoke on and off for about six months while I slowly prepared for the move. I never felt rushed. She was patient, steady, and always available when I had a question aEUR" and my family felt just as supported. Once I gave the go-ahead, Andi coordinated everything: handyman work, cleaners, stagers, professional photography aEUR" all on a tight timeline. She made sure every step was done properly and in the right order, so the house was truly ready to shine.
