ZillowVERIFIEDAmy did an outstanding job assisting my family with the purchase of our new home (in Sammamish). Her professionalism and deep understanding of both the local and national market were evident from the very beginning. Navigating the complexities of a jumbo loan can be very challenging, but Amy provided exceptional guidance. In fact, her strong industry relationships were directly responsible for helping us successfully secure our financing and smoothly negotiate the final terms. She was very responsive and consistently gave great advice. We are absolutely thrilled to be settling into our new home and would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a dedicated, well-connected real estate professional.
ZillowVERIFIEDEven though I ended up backing out after inspection after making an accepted purchase offer, not only was Amy easy to work with, but Amy acted as a fantastic concierge during the process. She made pretty much everything crystal clear and took care of most of the fine details in the complex and difficult homebuying process for a condo in downtown Seattle. Thanks Amy!

ZillowVERIFIEDAmy is an amazing buyers agent! Shes friendly, passionate, incredibly responsive, and moves fast. ZillowVERIFIEDAmy Thompson is an absolute pro. Though this was my first time buying a house, I felt totally confident throughout the process, because of Amy's guidance and support. She was knowledgeable, communicative, attentive, and thorough from open house to closing day. She sets the bar very high, and I cannot recommend her enough. I will reaching out to her the next time I'm buying or selling a property.
ZillowVERIFIEDwords cannot express how thankful I am to this wonderful Amy Thompson. You are patient with us knowing that we are first time homebuyers and i cant believe how amazing you and your team did such a great job in making this home buying process as smooth, quick, and easy. You are the G.O.A.T!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. You are always her highest priority. Despite being so busy, she would always find time to check in on you or get back to your questions. Shes been a realtor for many years, covering both large commercial and residential real estates. When you are running into issues, shes always willing to speak up for you or mobilize her team to resolve the problem for you. Shes a top notched realtor who helps you make decisions in your own best interest.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy has helped me with multiple transactions over the years. She is a detail oriented, results driven realtor with a work ethic second to none! Amy's market expertise, deep networks and strong interpersonal skills delivered an exceptional result on our most recent transaction. I highly recommend Amy to anyone searching for an agent with quality service and unwavering dedication. Thank you Amy for making our real estate transaction a fantastic experience!
ZillowVERIFIEDI would highly recommend Amy and have no reservations about recommending her to family and friends. Within 24 hours of her being recommended to us and calling her, she was at our property with a full work up package. Amy had our property listed, with drone footage, very quickly and we received multiple offers immediately. At the beginning of the process, Amy asked us what was most important to us for the sale and she delivered on all of our priorities.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy has been both our buyer and seller agents. My wife and I feel so lucky to have found her. She came highly recommended from a friend and we interviewed many agents before deciding to work with her. I posted a 5 star review for her as our buyer agent in the past. As the seller agent, she went above and beyond her duties. We were planning to move out of state so we only had about a month for us to move out while also getting the house ready to sell. She quickly got her team together and guided us what should be done and by when and even helped us contact the people to help, such as stager, cleaners, repair contractors, maintenance crew. We were really busy and she even reach out for us to schedule these so we wouldn't fall behind schedule. We were really nervous about all the logistics, especially once we had moved and the house was listed, but she was very reassuring and explained the process so that we would feel good about moving and leaving the house in her hands for listing. Overall, the preparation process was pretty hands-off from us, and we're super thankful to Amy for that. The listing looked extremely professional and that made a HUGE impact on the amount of interest and offers that we got. The house sold 10% over listing and all the credit goes to Amy for organizing such a professional listing. I can't believe how easy she maid the process for us!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the marketing and sale of my house. She responded to my questions immediately. She's a great listener, fun to work with and , most importantly, was very very dedicated to get me the result I was hoping for.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy's knowledge in the real estate and financial industries is unmatched to anyone I've worked with in selling homes previously. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients is inspiring. Amy treats you as more than a customer and is invested in your goals and needs in a way that enhances the overall experience. You will find no one better to partner with to find the right home.
ZillowVERIFIEDAbout one year ago, I talked to Amy about my plans to sell my home. One of the challenges was that I won't be in town during the sale process. She was patient and understanding and she kept me up to date throughout the year on the housing market. When I notified her that I ready to sell near the end of last year, she moved quickly. We discussed about different scenarios on how to maximize the sale. She referred me to a great contractor which I could monitor remotely throughout the whole renovation process. She continued to keep me up to date on the housing market and suggested that we move quickly as soon as renovations were done. She also has access to top professionals to help with marketing including staging, videography, and photography. Within a few days of listing we accepted an offer that was beyond what I expected at the current market. Two thumbs up for Amy.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy helped me again with finding a tenant for a rental of my own. As with my previous experience with her, she does not disappoint. Drawing from her expert knowledge, vast experience and honed negotiating skills, she was able to the optimize the rent, while still finding us a great tenant in a very short amount of time. As the old adage goes... "time is money" and this is very true for vacancy time. Amy will definitely help with minimizing your turn around time between tenants thereby maximizing on your rental revenue. I would definitely recommend her services!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was referred to us by our family members. As a first-time homebuyer we were not aware of a lot of details, she did an excellent job in guiding us through the entire process patiently. She collected our requirements and tailored the home's suggestions based on that. She is very responsive and is ready to tour a property immediately (This was very much helpful as in the current market homes go pending quickly). Having Amy as our agent we felt extremely comfortable, especially in this sellers market where we must decide about putting an offer waiving all the contingencies. She is knowledgeable about the market and housing and told us if there are any issues with property. After the offer was accepted on the home, Amy followed up with all the parties involved through the end to ensure everything was smooth and we were able to close on time. We are incredibly happy to have Amy representing us. I would recommend Amy for anyone who is looking to buy/sell their homes around the Greater Seattle area.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was both my seller and buyer agent in my recent real estate transactions. I love working with Amy and highly recommend her service. She is very professional and super customer centric. In this extremely competitive market, she was able to help us purchase a house in a prime location with a great price. During the process, she was doing great work communicating with the seller agent and following through the transaction with persistency. She is very knowledgeable about the market trends and able to provide valuable advice on the strategy and the fair price to put an offer. She was super responsive to our questions and requests. We can fully trust her to act on our best interest. Amy provides full real estate service. When selling our home, she was able to cover the end-to-end process from painting, repair, staging to closure. She works with a group of professionals with high quality and reasonable price. We had very little involvement in the process but were still in a peaceful mind knowing she was taking care of everything. Even during her vacation, she was still actively managing the process to make sure things were moving forward without any delay. Amy is great to work with. And I highly recommend her service!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Amy thru a very close friend of ours. She was assisting them in buying a property in Kirkland, WA. Since we were purchasing a property due to a 1031 exchange - time was of the essence. Amy guided us thru the different neighborhoods - always focusing on potential of ease of rental, and great possibilities. She stayed on top of the transaction throughout her personal vacation and worked tirelessly during the 4th of July weekend to make sure we were able to make our closing date. She is dedicated, enthusiastic, and we believe she totally loves helping her clients whether their transactions are easy or challenging! We had a few bumps in our transaction that were not her fault. She got us thru it with careful explanations and a lot of patience and we were able to close on time. She still checked with us after closing to be sure everything had gone well. Thank you Amy for leading us fearlessly thru our transaction!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy Thompson to us is not a realtor or agent - She is literally a life changer for us! She was able to sell our previous house for the HIGHEST price per sqft around the area, and then get us our DREAM HOUSE with a UNBELIEVABLE good price during this historic crazy housing market! Having experienced 7 painful offer rejections and countless house hunting trips, a friend recommended me Amy. I have to say that working with Amy is one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. Her lightning fast speed, rich knowledge, and strong negotiation skills separate her from other agents. She is so fast and responsible - she is able to get us into newly listed houses first multiple times! Anyone who had a painful "dream house went pending while making an offer" experience, would know how much I appreciate Amys speed; For every house we entered, she is able to provide detailed good and bad points with real examples, not just the general ones. With her knowledge and experiences, she is able to make offers with great strategies. Finally, she made the listing agent/seller take our offer with an unbelievable good price for our DREAM house with her amazing negotiation skills! On the listing/seller side, she knows my previous houses community inside out - its history, common problems, and selling points. She did an incredible job making many buyers really want the house. As a result, the house had a bidding WAR and was sold as the highest price per sqft in the area! I always think agents/realtor needs to have more levels. If so Amy would definitely be aEURoesenioraEUR?or aEURoeprincipalaEUR? agent. In today's market, an average agent won't work at all. You need an exceptional one. Once you find Amy, you will have the best chance to find and get your dream house - like my wife and I did!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy is such an amazing professional. She represented us as we were looking to purchase a house. Since we weren't familiar with the area, Amy let us know all the great schools, cities, and nearby amenities and stores in each area. Throughout the entire process, she kept hearing our feedback on what type of houses we liked, which areas we preferred and helped narrow down to the one we eventually found. She was able to secure our house without any bidding wars during the house-craze! What a steal we got for our house because of Amy. Anytime we saw a house we were interested, Amy would be ready to go and see it, and that's the urgency we needed during this crazy buying period. She even did the little things like making sure we were checking the right things during our walkthrough, what aspects improved re-sale, lesser known homebuying tips. People say the home buying experience is painful, but since we had Amy, I don't know what they're talking about! Ours was a breeze!
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the moment I asked Amy Thompson to sell our condo, I knew I had asked the right person. Her two main goals were to make the sale of our condo as stress free as possible for us and to get the maximum amount from the sale that would allow us to complete the items we had left on our aEURoebucket list.aEUR? She listened to our needs and wants and kept them in mind from start to finish. The goals she focused on meant she would be involved almost daily with us, guiding us every step of the way. She is a aEURoehands onaEUR? person and is aware of everything that needs to be done to market the home to obtain maximum value. From the time we signed the listing papers, she advised us on the importance of timing the sale and made a list of things we needed to have done to prepare the condo to sell. The vendors Amy recommended were very reasonable and did a wonderful job of cleaning and painting the house, pruning and pressure washing the entry area and decks of the condo. She called on her team of experts to stage and photograph the condo for the listing. They were top notch! One of the photos taken of our complex was selected by our Homeowners Association to post on their webpage. Amy works with only the best and because of her success, she is always busy, but she makes you feel like she has all the time in the world for you. She is the consummate professional, and loves working with people, whether helping her clients find the perfect home or getting the best price possible for their home. We strategized the best time to hold the Open House and when we would review offers. Amy added special signs to highlight various features of the house and listed the upgrades we made. As a result, she was able to sell our condo for the highest price in the history of the complex. There is no one I would trust more than Amy Thompson when it comes to selling or buying a house. She cares about her clients and works tirelessly to get them what they want. She is not only our realtor but has become a dear friend through this process.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was wonderful to work with. From the start she was very professional and informative, especially as first-time home buyers. She also took time getting to know us personally and understands our needs. By the end it was like home shopping with a close friend. She was always available to answer questions or see a new listing on short notice. We could not have asked for more. Thanks Amy!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy helped us purchase our first home and what we thought was going to be an intimidating experience, it was actually quite enjoyable. She walked us through all the details and answered all of our questions to help us better understand this process. We truly appreciated all of Amy's hard work and hours that she put into helping us find our first and dream home!
ZillowVERIFIEDI cant speak highly enough of my experience with Amy Thompson. I was fortunate enough in getting connected with her to help me find a home in an incredibly competitive market, Bellevue WA. I knew my chances were fairly slim and in the back of my mind was already looking to search for a home in surrounding areas like Issaquah or Redmond. Through out the years I've had the experience of working through 4 other real estate transactions and I knew right away when talking to Amy, she was someone i could trust and confident she'd help represent me in purchasing a home. Amy was always focused on answering my questions, giving good advice, and finding homes that met my needs. Fortunately for me, one such home came on the market, and upon touring I knew it was our dream home, as I am sure was for many other folks who viewed it. I also knew that the competition would be fierce for this home. It was the perfect home in every aspect (location, charm, size). The market in general was hot so we needed to act fast. The only problem was that I wasnt ready. There was no loan pre-approval in place. I didnt even have a lender chosen submitted any application. I relied and trusted on Amy to come up with a game plan. We were desperate and put our trust in Amy on what needed to be done. We saw the house on a Friday at about 3 PM. The next day on Saturday at 7 AM we had an offer in place. Amy and I had worked all night. She stayed up with me, contacted lenders. Convinced them to process my application asap. Time was of the essence. I trusted Amy and her plan which she put together, which included comps of homes in the area and at what price we should make the offer. We needed to make a good offer if we didnt want this home to go all the way to review date. If it did, there would have been a bidding war, one which i probably would have lost out on. Amy spent all night with me, making sure I had all my paperwork filled out correctly as well as a real estate 'love' letter addressed to the homeowner. This offer needed to be special if we were going to win this outside of the review day/bidding war. I was surprised my loan pre-approval came within 24 hours. First step was complete. Now the challenging part was presenting this offer to the seller. I trusted Amy and let her work whatever magic she had to talk to the selling agent and seller. On Monday, two days before the the seller was going to review all the other offers, he accepted ours. Mission accomplished! I dont know how Amy did it, but she did. The offer we made after seeing the comps in the area definitely came well under what other homes in the area were going for but still competitive enough for the seller to accept. We couldnt have done this without the market expertise and confidence demonstrated by Amy. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to buy a home in a tough market for buyers really paid off. Amy walked me through every step of the closing process and following up with lenders and escrow to make sure my closing date was on time. She is a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I think you'd be hardpressed to find a better broker to represent you whether buying or selling. I now consider Amy a friend and pretty much a part of our extended family as a result of this process. I'll never use another broker/agent and neither should you.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy is a devoted and energetic real estate agent. In selling our house she worked tirelessly and used her connections to get a very good buyer at the last minute. She advocated in getting us a good deal on our new house too.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe first worked with Amy when she was acting as the agent for a rental property. We were moving cross-country to Bellevue and we wanted a smooth transition. The rental property had an offer which fell through, and Amy helped us quickly get our application accepted. The owner of the rental had some issues with the property manager, so Amy stepped in to manage repairs to the property. We were so impressed with Amy from our experience with the rental property, it was an easy decision to choose to work with her when we decided to purchase our new home. We had a pretty wide range of areas and requirements for a house, but Amy was able to find a number of properties that met our needs. Once we had decided on one of them, Amy was able to work with the seller's agent to get an agreement below asking price. Amy then stayed on top of the loan approval and purchasing process and we closed on time despite a reasonably aggressive schedule. Amy has a very good understanding of the local market. She is friendly and energetic, and she works hard to meet your needs when looking for a new home. We strongly recommend working with Amy when you are looking for an agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy Thompson did a fantastic job for us despite these unusual coronavirus conditions. We live in Spokane, WA and were planning to move to Seattle to be near our kids and grandkids when the virus hit. At the time we feared that we would have to wait until the crisis was over before we could make the move. Amy helped to change that opinion by presenting us with many properties to examine virtually. She supported us by recommending a reputable lending organization and advising us on the process of buying property in the hot Seattle market. So, we were able to overcome our fear of purchasing a condo without actually seeing it in person. Amy negotiated a reduction in price and, to our delight, it was immediately accepted by the seller. Amy then went the extra mile by ensuring that our new condo was virus-free by wiping down all doorknobs and surfaces in preparation for our first visit. We would gladly recommend her to any prospective buyer/seller. Shes awesome!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy Thompson was such a pleasure to work with. She is a highly skilled real estate professional, her strengths are negotiation, market insight/trends, finding homes that suited our needs, and attention to details. The approach Amy takes is sincere, proactive, and pragmatic. It was always clear that Amy had our best interest in her mind as we navigated these uncertain COVID times. We are grateful for all of her efforts. We recommend working with Amy and her team for any of your real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy is top notch. We were putting our house onto the rental market just as the covid-19 stay-at-home order hits the Seattle market. With a lot of uncertainties in the market, Amy went above and beyond in reaching out to potential tenants, tirelessly negotiated on our behalf, provided timely professional support and advice, and most importantly - delivered results. We are very happy with Amy's service.
ZillowVERIFIEDI am so lucky to get her professional service. She always think client as first that show her quick response for any matters and also proactive action before we request.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmys breadth of experience made our dreams of home ownership come true! In a fierce market where time was of the essence, Amy went above and beyond, working with us around the clock to get a preinspection done, secure financing, and helping us make the strongest offer we could in an intense bidding war. Even though our odds of success were very low given the competitive market, Amy was tireless in advocating to the seller on our behalf, even shifting family commitments to increase our chances. Though 3 offers were significantly higher than ours, we got the house! We are so grateful we found AmyaEUR"it wouldnt have happened without her. She is so helpful and kind, and has continued to offer support as we have moved in and needed referrals for maintenanceaEUR"she works with the best of the best. Wed enthusiastically recommend Amy to anyone!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was phenomenal to work with and exceeded all of our expectations. Her years of experience, expert knowledge and extensive network came shining through during the process. Amy provided us with firm guidance, solid advice and expertly negotiated terms for us and got our rental leased in a matter of days with the tenants moving in the very same week. We could not have asked for any better result!
ZillowVERIFIEDIf you wanted a hard working and equipped with high calibered professional to sell your house at best value on the market when market is going downwards, Amy is the one for you. We were really happy with the outcome and how she held our hands at every step of the way, she's very patient and knowledgeable on the ever developing market and making the best fit for the property. I would highly recommend Amy for anyone who want to sell your property to the most suitable customer.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was a huge help in selling our home and buying a new one. She's a hard worker and very responsive. Very knowledgeable about the local market and provided lots of good advice. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy is phenomenal at what she does. She has helped us with this home purchase and rented it out in a smooth fashion. I would recommend her to anyone. She is honest, straightforward and genuine. She is the best from all the agents we have known. We are so happy to find her as our agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDTo be a top performer and stand out from the competition, a real estate professional must possess a well-balanced package of abilities including genuine interpersonal skills, exceptional understanding of the local market as well as solid expertise in staging, predictive valuations, digital marketing and negotiation techniques. We are pleased to say that Amy scored best on all these dimensions - hence the decision to rely on her services towards listing our house for sale. At the end of the day, there is only one way to measure success and that's based on results. We can sincerely say that Amy deserves an A+ for her performance throughout the entire process. Thank you Amy.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy assisted us in the purchase of our property in July 18 and successfully negotiated with the seller to beat another offer that outbidded us by $30k. Amy is very professional and personable and I would certainly recommend Amy to anyone who is looking for a realtor who is a strong negotiator and puts their clients needs first.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy in word was awesome. She knows the market and neighborhood so well that she was able to offer excellent advice both for buying our dream home and in helping sell our old home. We would absolutely recommend Amy to anyone looking to buy or sell and would very readily work with her in future. You will be in good hands with Amy!!
ZillowVERIFIEDI found Amy while I was looking for rentals in the greater Seattle area. I had contacted several agents while doing a rental search. Amy stood out the most to me because she responded so quickly to my questions and was able to schedule a showing. She made sure to update me and even called me to make sure I didn't have any questions. Once I saw the property she reached out to follow up on my thoughts on the property. In the end, we went with a different rental, but Amy was still so pleasant and more than willing to help us if we ever decided to buy in the future. I found a lot of the agents here in the Seattle area are too busy for customers or have a rude demeanor towards renters. Amy never passed judgement and treated me like a first class customer. We are a military family and that is why we have to rent in this area. We aren't here long enough to buy a home. Amy took the time to get to know me and my needs for a rental. She is very knowledgable about school systems, market trends and specific areas. I am grateful for her and will pass her information along to my friends who are in the market to buy or rent.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was a pleasure to work with. She was on top of every aspect of the sale of our home. She was very proactive to solve any issues and her attention to detail was impressive. She pulled out all stops to make sure our house is in tip top shape for showings. It is no surprise that we sold our house in a weekend! We couldn't be more happy with our experience with Amy and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe could not be happier with Amy as our listing agent. We sold our home for over 170k above asking, thanks to her exceptional knowledge of the real estate market and unbelievable negotiating tactics. From the listing of the house to the open house to the final closing process, she was there all along without us needing to worry about a thing! Her service is truly outstanding and we cannot recommend her enough if anybody is looking for a listing agent. After meeting Amy to talk about listing our home, my husband and I were very impressed by how professional she is. Amy is full of knowledge and expertise in the real estate business, even though she looks very young. What really stood out for us is Amy's enthusiasm and friendliness. Amy has been very involved and giving us great advice throughout the preparation process to list our home. As we continue to work with her, she continue to impress us by showing how much she cares about our well being and looks after our best interest as her customers.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a real pleasure working with Amy. She is very professional, knows the business very well and is extremely diligent & hard working - you couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend Amy for buying or selling a home or investment property!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe absolutely won the lottery when we found Amy to represent us during the bidding war while purchasing a property in Bellevue, WA. With her strong negotiating and bargaining skills, she was able to convince the seller to accept our offer even though our offer price is lower than the competitors. Amy is passionate about what she do and is very professional and knowledgeable. If you need someone to go for the extra mile & help you to get the dream house, call Amy!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDProfessional and knowledgeable, Amy is a dedicated realtor who is truly invested in helping her client find not just any property but the right property. As an investor client, Amy has shown me multiple properties and has been very mindful to point out both the positives and the negatives of the properties we looked at. I definitely plan to continue working with her her in the future!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy was a pleasure to work with! A trusted true professional! I could not be any more pleased with the service that she provided. She was very knowledgeable and she was prompt responding to every phone call and email. She has incredible attention to detail and pointed out things in that I never considered.
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Amy was smooth sailing. She knows the Newcastle community like the back of her hand and was able to help us transition from Seattle quickly and positively. She has great advice for first-time buyers. She helped us negotiate price, kept us in the loop, communicated efficiently and quickly, and answered any questions that came up. She knows what is expected (ups and downs) and is patient and caring- always putting our needs first- even if it meant being on hold for 30 minutes to get our questions answered! I am happy to have worked with Amy for my first home and would recommend her to others.
ZillowVERIFIEDI am not the type to leave a review but Amy has gone the extra mile with helping me get the right house. I am an investor and I have met many realtors. She is not the pushy to pressure me to buy. She showed us many homes and drove long distances to make sure we find the right one. Then she offered great strategies to buy without raising the price. She is incredibly good at negotiating even though we were going against 6 other bids on this short sale. She was not done after closing. She helped us get all the utilities set up and hired contractor to fix up the home for rental. Her marketing was so good that we have always had multiple rental request from great tenants. Thank you, Amy. You are a very experienced and caring realtor. I am glad that I do not have to worry about my investment property. I will recommend Amy to all my friends and family.
