All involved in this sale were happy as we closed. In 2019 I contacted Amy to help me find a home in the mountains we spent 4 days at various times looking at mountain homes and had a wonderful productive time each time we were out. On our last day last house we hit pay dirt. ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Amy at the beginning of Covid-19 (Spring 2020) to help me sell my home. I was in the process of building my retirement home in Florida and had no choice but to sell during this unfortunate time. Amy reassured me that she would do everything possible to provide masks, gloves, shoe coverings, and most importantly make sure every prospective buyer was pre-approved before they entered my home. She did that. I had multiple offers but she didnt push for me to take the first one. I had a daughter graduating high school and with the ceremony being moved to a later time, Amy worked to guarantee a later closing date for me so that my family wouldnt be living in a local motel for weeks. From the listing to the closing, everything went as planned. I appreciate that she answered every call, text, and email in a timely manner. I know Amy would work diligently to sell your home too.
