Well, Im nearly speechless! This was the best home-selling experience Ive ever had and I am living in my 13th home! When we first met Silvia Kinkela she explained that her job is more service than sales. She provided us a thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Silvia would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems or issues and commenting on the quality of construction. She was patient as we traveled from South Florida to look at homes over several months.
