Do you want someone who's willing to be flexible and understanding while you're working on buying/selling a house? (one of the most stressful events of your private life) 3. Do you want someone who's going to clearly communicate with you every step of the way? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, then Amy is the realtor for you. She held conferences with us to go over pricing, marketing, and success strategies before we ever made a firm decision to work with her. She helped coordinate (or did coordinate) yard workers, repair people, and inspections. She showed up the day of our move with extra boxes when we ran out. On top of all of that in the middle of the process, she had a medical issue, and continued working hard to make sure we were taken care of during her recovery. Amy is nothing short of a miracle disguised as a realtor. Highly recommend.

Due to living in another state we did the process long distance, but still felt cared for and guided as if we were in person. Amy is great to work with, she listened to what I was looking for and made some great suggestions on locations. I worked long distance with Amy for most of the process, she was very forth coming with information I needed to decide on my home. When I decided on the location the paperwork was prompt and needed no rework. The maintenance requests were negotiated and done timely, and we were able to close on day 30. This would not have been possible if she did not make great recommendations on Banks, and contractors. I am extremely happy with her services and would use Amy again. That happened because Amy helped us set the right price, guided us through the house preparation process, took beautiful pictures and presented it online in all the right places. Once we had an offer, Amy again helped guide us through the acceptance and inspection processes and got us to the finish line. Of particular note, Amy met repairmen when repairs to our fireplace were needed. The issue became more challenging when parts were not expected on time to close. Amy helped work through the issues and got us to close with all work completed on time and in fine shape. In all, we couldn't ask for a better agent. We do not live in the country so her rapid response, through emails, Skype and short videos, have been very helpful. She has also done number of short videos for Coldwell Banker K. Amy is knowledgeable about the market and properties, although she is more familiar with north Whidbey than south island. I would give her 5 stars but we haven't actually entered negotiations on a house yet. Judging from her interactions, I would expect her to be a personable and firm but not "pushy" negotiator with her client's best interests in mind. I would recommend her services to anyone needing a professional realtor on Whidbey.

I had an out of the area move, 5 hours from my current home and she was able to recommend a broker for me. I had a complicated move which included 2 cats and needed to stay in the home after the sale, she negotiated with the buyer a reasonable sum for me to stay, but more importantly I really didn't want to have my cats in an interim place. She was excellent.
