We were from out of town, so we relied on her expertise. Her strategy from the best method to market our home to the suggested asking price, was spot on. She knows her market area well. She kept us informed of happenings the whole time. We could not be happier with her. Ironically, as a side note, during the selling process, we ran into a relative we had not seen in some time. Turns out her and her husband had used Amy on a couple of sales and were very happy with her, or as she put it, "we love Amy", lol. So, all told, we had confidence in Amy and she delivered the desired results for us.

She works tirelessly behind the scenes to make the sale as stress free as possible. Very knowledgeable about the local markets, and willing to work with the seller on what would help make the sale go smoothly. She made several visits to my property before listing to make sure it would be "ready" for market. After the 2nd visit she did measurements of the rooms and had the photographer take pictures. (Thursday) Less than 2 hours later she had people already lined up for showings the next morning (Friday). Day 1 on the market we had 3 offers. She contacted the perspective buyers agents and gave them a deadline of 5 pm the following day (Saturday) to have their highest bid turned in. By 5:10 that evening she informed me that we have 3 offers ALL 10k over asking,Not all homes may go that fast, I feel that Amy will do he utmost to get your property on the market and sold.Review her credentials and you will see that you will be "hiring" the BEST to handle your real estate needs, whether buying or selling.

She presented reasons why we should list prior to spring and also the asking price. Any questions were answered promptly thru out the process of selling. We were away on vacation during February, but were kept up to date At least weekly on progression of the sale. Any papers that needed signed were sent electronically, which was very helpful to us. During March, we all were Challenged with the pandemic and how it changed our lives, but Communication proceeded as before and we were able to close in April.
