The first house she handled for me was in 2017, she is an excellent negotiator and has what is best for her client always in the forefront of her mind. All involved in this sale were happy as we closed. In 2019 I contacted Amy to help me find a home in the mountains we spent 4 days at various times looking at mountain homes and had a wonderful productive time each time we were out. On our last day last house we hit pay dirt. Amy got all the paperwork done in an amazing timeframe and negotiations began she got the price I wanted plus extras and everything worked out to my advantage! Our next house was 2020 and once again she excelled in every area especially at keeping this old woman calm as I sold my house in McDonough. ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Amy at the beginning of Covid-19 (Spring 2020) to help me sell my home. I was in the process of building my retirement home in Florida and had no choice but to sell during this unfortunate time. Amy reassured me that she would do everything possible to provide masks, gloves, shoe coverings, and most importantly make sure every prospective buyer was pre-approved before they entered my home. She did that. I had multiple offers but she didn?t push for me to take the first one. I had a daughter graduating high school and with the ceremony being moved to a later time, Amy worked to guarantee a later closing date for me so that my family wouldn?t be living in a local motel for weeks. From the listing to the closing, everything went as planned. I appreciate that she answered every call, text, and email in a timely manner. I know Amy would work diligently to sell your home too.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy is nothing short of top notch. She put together two different weekends of showings before helping us locate our new home half way across the country. She sacrificed her vacation time and never fails to pick up her phone if we have questions or are simply looking for advice since we are still fairly new to Georgia. She wrote a last minute offer on a second property we simply ran across last minute. Having so much respect amongst the real estate community, she was able to guide us on putting in a very strong offer but also an offer where we walked away with plenty of equity on both of our purchases. She even went above and beyond to help our school community fill last minute angel tree gifts for Christmas, never asking for anything in return even though she doesnt even reside in my county.
