Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area has given Amy the knowledge and expertise necessary to help people find the right location in which they would like to live. Having seen many changes to the bay area over the years, she knows the real estate market meticulously. Amy's communication skills and her love of people, make her a natural born advocate for her clients. As a buyer's agent, she is extremely client focused and makes sure you end up in the home and neighborhood that are right for you. As a sales agent with clients from San Francisco and all of the bay area, her clients are a testament to how important it is to have an agent who knows many neighborhoods (and how they compare) and who has a diverse and large client base for the sale of your home. With a background in property management as well as extensive experience as a facilitator, Amy's excellent communication and negotiation skills make the sales process seamless and transparent every step of the way. Amy also limits the number of clients with whom she works at any given time, so that you not only know you've got the best on your side, you also know that your interests are, undoubtedly, her top priority. FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
My advice to someone looking to purchase a home is to determine how much you can afford, save for a down payment, and closing costs. Get pre-approved for a loan, research neighborhoods where you prefer to live and attend open houses.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
My advice to someone looking to sell their home is to make the home have curb appeal. This can be done by landscaping, removing debris, cleaning up yard/trees. When the outside looks amazing, people will want to see the inside. The inside will need to be removed of all clutter and properly staged. I always help my clients stage the home and tell them what they need to do to receive the best market value. A good coat of neutral paint and possibly new flooring/carpet may also help the home sell for top dollar.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with clients that are relocating to another state and therefore am a relocation agent. I have worked with clients with FHA, VA, and conventional loans as well as all cash buyers. I work with clients of all different ages looking all over the bay area.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A recent transaction that I am very fond of was when I was able to help an elderly woman find her home. She was in a very bad position in her current home and had an extraordinary amount of money in back taxes to pay. She was forced to move out of her home. She was able to sell her home and buy a home close to relatives in Vallejo. We set up simultaneous closing dates so that she was able to close her home that she was purchasing in 10 days. Even though she was in an unfortunate situation, I was able to negotiate an incredible deal, leaving her with thousands of dollars in equity in her home she was purchasing. I was honored to fight for her and negotiate an incredible deal while securing her in her dream home.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in real estate in 2005. I started in residential property managing and was running my own company for 13 years before I decided to help people in the buying and selling process of real estate. I am now on the number one team in Solano County and have been blessed to help many people buy and sell their homes.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I attend trainings and receive special education for real estate often. I believe the more knowledge and education one has in their field, the more they are able to help. It is my goal to give the best real estate experience one can have, therefore, I am consistently being educated.

Amy was truly amazing in helping us find and buy our first home. With a short time frame, being first time buyers, and dealing with a difficult lender she helped and guided us every step of the way! She was very thorough in explaining the house buying process to us and made sure to have our best interest in mind when we hit some bumps with our lender. She was always prompt to answer our questions and made us feel very comfortable with her knowledge and advice. Can not say enough good things about Amy and her team! Highly recommend!

Amy was very thorough and professional. With her experience and knowledge she was able to navigate us through this crazy time in the housing market. Amy explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage broker. She was really on top of things and kept us informed every step of the way.Amy did everything and more than you would expect from a realtor.

Amy was our agent in the buying process. She is very understanding and professional. We had issues from sellers side but she handled the situation and know how to overcome all huddles. This process would not have been possible without her. We would definitely recommend her. Amy will definitely be our number 1 choice as a realtor.
