I've been in real estate since 2009, and over the years I've grown from agent to Broker, now managing more than 150 associates across multiple markets. I became a licensed Broker in 2023 and currently lead one of Oklahoma's fastest-growing real estate teams, where my focus is culture, production, compliance, and helping agents build real businesses -- not just close random deals. In addition to running the brokerage, I own and operate an online real estate school that I launched three years ago. I develop my own course content and training systems, and I'm passionate about raising the bar for professionalism and education in our industry. While I no longer actively produce at a high level, my background in sales combined with hands-on operational experience allows me to coach agents through contracts, negotiations, growth strategy, and long-term wealth building. I believe in strong systems, high standards, and creating an environment where driven agents can thrive. Real estate has given me the opportunity to lead, build, and mentor -- and that's where I do my best work.
