Curtis made the process of selling and buying a new home stress free. We looked at almost 20 homes around the OKC Metro. I would send him a text in the morning and he would have us scheduled to view homes that evening. When it came to purchasing our home, Curtis did a great job negotiating our purchase price and extra's. Once we listed our house, Curtis got the offer we wanted (full asking price) within 3 days of listing our home. His knowledge of the OKC Metro housing market is second to none. We will definitely use Curtis again on our next home purchase.

Curtis first assisted us in a home purchase in a nearby city before we were ready to list our current home. Once we moved and were ready to sell, my husband was hospitalized for several weeks.
