When my husband and I were ready to move from Florida to the North Georgia mountains last year, we found Tyler through a listing we were interested in. Aimee & Paul did an amazing job for us. Our 1st buyer had finance issues and we had to put house up for 2nd time. First time (XMas week) we had 12 visitors 1st day 8 both following days with 12 total offers, most above asking price. The 2nd time we had 14 visitors 1st day and 8 the following 2 days again. We received a total of 14 offers almost all above asking price with our best offer $25k above asking! Closed early and smoothly. I would highly recommend them.
