Simple-Choose an expert. While you may find a "cheaper" option, in the long run, it will cost you more. An expert will take excellent care of you and will market your property the way it should be. There is nothing more frustrating than to see a nice home with poor photos & minimum-quality marketing techniques all because it was listed by a low profile agent with poor marketing skills. Don't hire the cheapest, hire the best!! You will close with more equity dollars, trust me on this one!
I have worked with all types of Real Estate clients. While primarily I specialize in working with Home Sellers and Buyers, I have also listed for both custom and production home builders in the past. I have an extensive background in the home building process which I feel gives me a better understanding of a home's dynamic. I have also sold a few commercial pieces of land and residential lots.
While sitting in a restaurant, I ran into some old clients that I hadn't seen or talked to since the last time they had bought a home in 2013. With delight, they shared with me that they wanted to purchase again and asked me to help. We quickly put a plan together and they purchased a beautiful new construction home. It was so fun connecting with them again and catching up.
Interestingly enough it was my husband's idea. I was in college working on a Journalism degree and 2 Top Producing Realtors from our church had decided to start up a Real Estate Company. My husband, Paul, says to me "I think you would be great at that!" His encouragement grabbed my attention-and the rest, as they say, is history!
Since becoming a Realtor in 2006, I have taken all sorts of continuing education (above the requirements) to ensure I am the most professional and proficient Realtor possible for my clients. Additionally, having positioned myself under some of the greatest mentors in the industry, I have learned the best hands-on practices and skills that are a real asset to my clients.
