During the process, we had several offers that she qualified and closed out as the offer price was too low. Once we received a good offer, she worked with the buyer's agent in getting the proper documents signed and the home inspection completed. Due to the buyer's delay in getting his mortgage application approved, I could not make the closing - so again, Amber had to represent me that day.Bottom line - I felt comfortable that Amber was focused on getting my house sold and was actively managing all of the logistics once we had a respectable offer.
