Amber immediately presented us with the timeline for purchasing a home, and answered any questions that we had. This meeting set our expectations for the process, and Amber more than exceeded them. We toured many properties, and refined our wishlist. Amber was extremely responsive at all times. She responded to questions and wrote up documents on weekends and late in the evening. We were so impressed by her availability. Amber recommended thorough inspectors for the 2 properties that we inspected, additionally she helped us consult with a contractor for potential repairs. When we decided to back out of a property due to concerns raised during the inspection, Amber was extremely supportive. We felt no pressure throughout the entire process. On occasion, we would tour houses with Amber's associate Christina. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive as well. Amber helped us make another winning offer in a very competitive market. She was positive and helpful throughout the process. She gave good advice, and always had an answer for our many questions. I couldn't recommend Amber more.

Amber is willing to work with your budget, show up in the late evening to show you a home, and willing to put an offer on a house for you in the middle of the night. Every step of the way she answered my questions as I had them and trust me I had a lot! (Lol) She helped me with the mortgage company and talked/walked me through the process which really helped me not to stress. She was very personable and downright pleasant to communicate with. We closed in 27 day which impressed the heck out of myself and my family. By the end of it I gave her a big hug and asked if she would be my realtor in future endevers she smiled and said she would be honored to help me! ???? So just to summarize Amber is easy to talk to, her explanations are easy to understand even as a 1st time home buyer, responds to questions very quickly, never once seemed irritated or annoyed with me and I am pretty dang great full to have her as my realtor. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family.

When we were ready to start looking at homes, she listened and only showed us houses she knew would fit our large family (and my overcritical kitchen requirements!). She was willing to navigate our awkward work schedules, often working late into the evening so we could view houses.
