About Amber Craft

Amber Craft is a Florida Native. She was born and raised on the East Coast and moved to Southwest Florida during her sophomore year of college for a change of scenery. Since moving to the West Coast of Florida, Amber and her pups have made Englewood a home in every way possible through community involvement, education initiatives to better our schools, and supporting local businesses. Amber has a passionate desire to give back to her community. She believes that through involvement in youth organizations we build a better community for our future. She has held positions of leadership on School Advisory Councils for Myakka River Elementary, LA Ainger Middle School, and Lemon Bay High School. Former leadership positions include treasurer of LA Ainger Middle School Band, Lemon Bay Marching Mantas, the Lemon Bay Wrestling Club, as well as former board member of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Englewood. Amber is currently a board member for the Lemon Bay Community-Academic Partners. When Charlotte County Public Schools approached her to be a member of the referendum Steering Committee, Amber said yes without hesitation - strong, successful schools make a strong community. Amber believes that community is family and participation in community endeavors is an investment in the future. As an Englewood Chamber All Star Member and graduate of the 2020 Leadership Englewood class, Amber demonstrates her support of Englewood business. Amber and Paradise Exclusive were recommended to us by several people in a Facebook group, and we were incredibly happy to work with her. We live in California and it was time to sell my parents property after they had both passed away. We met Amber while we were in Florida to clear the house, and walked through the items we should do prior to selling. After that, Amber made it easy for us to manage everything remotely. When we needed help to prepare the house (painter, cleaner, other specialists), her contacts were top-notch and on the job. She dropped by the house periodically to make sure everything went according to plan, and was in touch with us via text and phone the whole time. We listed at a price within 5K of the eventual selling price, and closed without a problem! Amber is sharp, personable, on top of the whole process, able to work with out of state sellers, and a joy to work with. She has our highest recommendation.

We stumbled onto Amber by grabbing a flyer at a different house. We were in town for one day and she was able to look at two houses with us. Her knowledge for the area was stellar. We ended up doing the rest of the deals from Maine Via emails text messages and phone calls. There was never a time that she wouldn?t respond promptly. We ended up buying a house and Amber took care of everything. Glad we stumbled onto her and looking forward to working with her in the future.
