Amanda spent time with us before starting our search, listening to our ideal house thoughts. We were buying from out of state and often had to rely on Amandas judgement and knowledge of our wants and needs. It has been a hot housing market and homes have been going so quickly that we couldnt always be there to look at new homes as they came on the market. Amanda went out of her way to view some homes for us (ruling out a couple of clunkers), and called us excitedly with one that met our desires and was in our price range. We offered on it without having seen it (such was our trust in her), and got the house. We were thrilled when we came later that week for the inspection and loved the house. During the closing, utility and vendor process, Amandas coworker Lisa was invaluable with facts and ideas. Just a great experience!
