ZillowVERIFIED Firstly, Amanda has the patience of a saint. She handled 2 home sales for me, both of which were drawn out (due to time of year, and other uncontrollable factors) and both times I was extremely anxious. Amanda maintained her professionalism and was as responsive and understanding. In the end, the homes were sold and I was happy with the outcomes, but it should be noted how patient she is especially dealing with me! Additionally, Amanda knows the market very well, and is never short on creative ideas to triumph over obstacles. Her instincts are keen, and even when I was skeptical, she turned out to be right in the end. Its why I trust her as my realtor and why I feel comfortable writing this review. 4 stars for responsiveness, just because she can be busy at times (which is a testament to how good she is, especially in this current market), but I'm thoroughly impressed with her skill set and real estate prowess. Let my review serve as the highest of recommendations I can give; I dont give these out lightly. Go with Amanda and you can set it and forget it.

ZillowVERIFIED If I could, I would give Amanda Cruz an infinite star rating. As first time home buyers, we feel she went above and beyond to help us find a home that we can see ourselves in. Even when we didnt get some of the houses we wanted to, she kept looking and looking and going out with us to find THE ONE. At one point we thought we found THE ONE, but she helped us avoid buying a money pit by uncovering something that the seller was hiding: A CESSPOOL!!! After that she helped us find the condo that we finally closed on! Even though the seller was taking their sweet time to respond EVERY SINGLE TIME, she never let up and pushed until she got an answer.
