When I came for the weekend, she had all our appointments set up in a row and we looked at about 10 Townhomes in one day. She knew exactly what I was looking for and knew the area so well! She took the time to learn about us and what our wants and needs were and she was determined to find the home that fit us as a couple. Because of her we can finally start the process of growing our family and having a place to truly call our home. I would recommend her to any and everybody that I know. It was amazing how we never had to ask her to send us homes to view. She was on top of it everyday sending potential homes left and right. Anytime we were interested in viewing a home, she booked the appointments right then and there. Her communication was unbelievable, she always kept us in the loop, we were never lost in the process. She was so knowledgeable in everything we asked her. If she didn?t know something she always found out for us. She always made sure to keep our spirits up anytime something didn?t work in our favor. Her positivity and optimism kept us going and we really needed that. When it came to negotiating, she was aggressive and determined, which I believe truly made a difference in us getting the home we really wanted. This was our first experience working with a realtor and I?m so glad it was her. Her title may be realtor, but she will always be considered a family member to us! I?m glad that we found our home but sad that our house hunting journey has come to an end with Amanda. It was such a great experience and I thank her everyday for it.

ZillowVERIFIED I am giving Amanda a glowing review for a good reason, if you want an Agent that is willing to find your perfect fit for a house look no further. She is incredible at finding hidden gems even with some stipulations on the house I wanted which probably made it harder to find. Optimistic attitude really helps keep motivated if one house does not work out. As a first time home buyer I was worried Id end up with an agent who was impatient, I definitely was lost on SO MUCH things I had to do in order to buy a home but Amanda was patient and helped me along the way. I cannot reccomend her enough, I doubt id want anyone else to handle another contract should I buy another home sometime soon.
