When I was able to get time off work to come look at houses for a couple days she cleared her schedule and worked with me to ensure I found the perfect home. I truly cannot relate to other people when they say buying a house is stressful because I did not experience that at all, it was such a fun and easy process. ZillowVERIFIED We regretfully bought a house 4 years ago when my husband PCS-ed to Virginia. There were a few things wrong that we were slowly trying to get fixed so I was very anxious when my husband got orders elsewhere and we were going to sell the house. A friend from a previous command introduced us to Alyssa and we had her come over to the house and assess it. She put most of my worries at ease and told us what really needed to get done in order to sell. She even helped us get in touch with professionals to fix what needed to get fixed because we were having a hard time finding anyone to respond with the booming housing market. Without her help and expertise, I doubt we wouldve gotten the price/deal we did. For as busy as she is, she was very responsive, made sure we understood everything every step of the way, and made sure we were getting a good deal. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Alyssa helped me buy my latest house and she was AWESOME to work with. I gave her very little info to go on for my search criteria. Actually I think you could categorize the little info I did give her as not helpful. I don't think many realtors could have pulled it off, but she nailed it in picking the house for me to look at. As it turns out the house is PERFECT and I could not have been happier with how things turned out. Easy to work with, listens to the client, follows through and up with things, works hard for the client and is very knowledgeable in the real-estate field. I can say that I most certainly would use her again. The are dozens and dozens of realtors out there to choose from. Probably most or at least a fair number are incredibly well qualified and talented. However, trust me when I say I would go with Alyssa again as my Realtor in a heartbeat. You should do the same, it will be one of the best decisions you will ever make in picking your home.
