ZillowVERIFIED We met Alysha at an open house in Mountlake Terrace. At the time we were just getting started and didnt even have a lender yet. She gave us a recommendation on a Mortgage broker, which we ran down. After meeting with several lenders and agents, we decided to go with Alysha and the broker she recommended. They were both very helpful and low pressure. Once we got started on our search, Alysha was extremely proactive about sharing listings with us and guiding us through the process, which was all new for us. She quickly took us on showings and gave us tools that helped us to search more easily on our own too. Once we found the house that we wanted, she did a great job negotiating the sale to what we thought was a fair price and did so quickly before the first open house even happened which avoided the complications of competing offers. She was also able to get the sellers to take care of all the repairs that we cared about as a condition of the sale. Once all the contracts were signed, Alysha was great about making sure the process was on track and regularly checked in with us. The things I appreciate most about Alyshas style are that she is persistent and determined, honest, doesnt make promises she cant keep and always showed us that she had finding our perfect house as her number one goal.

On a scale of 1-5 she is a 10.I cannot say enough positive things about Alysha in terms of her service and abilities as our Real Estate agent.We recently purchased our first home. I decided NOT to go with just any real estate agent but to be quite selective and meet with as many agents as possible at open houses. I came across Alysha and was instantly impressed.She was tremendously organized, personable, and clearly someone who know what she was doing.In the weeks that followed she was AMAZING. She gave us her undivided attention, did any and everything to make our house hunting experience easy and a success. Then it came time to close on the house we wanted. We had some problems (there was competition and some inspection issues) and Alysha was there to provide fantastic strategy and sound advice. We almost had a deal closing problem, but with Alysha on the case we came to solutions.My father worked in real estate, after being a SVP level at a top tech company. He is a hard to please customer, and even he was happy with Alysha. If you are looking for a buying or selling Agent, look no further than Alysha Noggle.

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased a home as a newlywed with my wife and had Alysha as my Buyers Agent. We were looking for the perfect home within a very tight price range and a large wish list. Alysha was understanding with all of our requests and was professional throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers she gave us intelligent advice that made our home buying process go a lot smoother. There is a lot of confusing paperwork as you go through the home buying process and she was able to walk us through all of it. I felt comfortable being able to understand everything I was signing. Alysha also had an inspector and mortgage broker she recommended that we ended up going with and they were top notch. Once we found the home it was smooth sailing and we closed on-time! If my friends and family need to purchase a home I always recommend Alysha if they do not have an agent yet.
