ZillowVERIFIED Allison was awesome working with. Every showing we went to; she would walk with me through the whole house pointing out things that I wouldn't even looked at. Given I am a first-time buyer. Anytime I have a question about anything she would answer in great details, so I understand and if she did not know the answer at the moment, she always gets back to me as soon as she gets the info, which is usually within the hour after the showing. The journey took a while, but I never felt like she was giving up on me. I had a very limited financial window which made it harder to find the right home for the price. We made couple offers on homes and when it did not pan out, she was very encouraging and very optimistic that we will find the right home for me and my family. Any time I needed information from another party, she would try herself to get it if she could and if they won't release the information to her, she would contact me and let me know what I needed and what to do. I have a crazy schedule, since I work at night, have my kids during the day and trying to get some sleep when my wife is at work. Really limited my availability during working hours. Allison has a family, beautiful kids with afterschool programs, but she always finds time that works for me and my wife's schedule for any showing or meeting. If I have to do it all over again, I will not pick anyone else if she's available. And will Highly Recommend her to my friends and families if they are looking for a home.

We immediately felt drawn to Walla Walla and the surrounding community and quickly became interested in looking for a property that we could retire to in the next few years. Because we don't live locally looking at properties required Allison to do live video showings, which she did on three separate properties. We went into contract on the first property we looked at but that fell through. Allison continued to work with us until we found a home we fell in love with. We closed on our new property last Friday, Jan. 7th 2022, and we couldn't be happier. Allison did an amazing job of lining up inspections, roofers, plumbers, you name it and she did it very quickly and on time for our closing.
