Allison was fantastic and a real pleasure to work with. She gave us great advice about preparing our condo for sale and when to put it on the market. She handled everything on site as we were living out of state and when a old building permit problem arose she worked with the contractor, met the building inspector and took care of the situation without missing a beat. We were out of the country when the closing was scheduled and the entire process was taken care of without us having to deal with it during our vacation.
