Royal Shell Real Estate

We loved working with Liz! She really went the extra mile to help my husband and me find a condo, doing detailed research on every unit before recommending it. She filtered out anything that wouldnt work for us, which we appreciated so much. Shes high energy, quick to respond, easy to talk to, and we always felt supported. Highly recommend.

Elizabeth Wilson is absolutely excellent! Liz was such a pleasure to work with and made the entire sale and closing process for our Surfside home feel simple and stress-free. She was professional, responsive, and truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be working with Liz again in the future for any property purchases or sales!

Liz was so incredible to work with. From the first time we met her at an open house, she was eager to get to know exactly what we were hoping for in our home search. She went above and beyond to find us our new home. She is thorough, persuasive, knowledgeable, and all around just a great person to partner with on this journey. I would highly recommend Liz to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Cape Coral area.

Liz was spectacular in selling my home. She was great to work with and highly supportive throughout the process. She goes above and beyond with her work and was incredibly determined. At the core, she is a very friendly, helpful, and empathetic person. I would absolutely work with her again. The extra effort she puts into her work is admirable.

We interviewed four very highly rated Naples area realtors (Allison being one of them). While they were all good, there was something different about Allison that made her stand out from the rest. From our very first meeting, her understanding of our situation and how quickly she was able to put things into motion were unparalleled. Extremely communicative, Allison was able to navigate us through multiple repair issues on the house and was able to get it sold quickly. She was always on top of everything from day one...I would highly suggest giving Allison a call for your next house sale / purchase. We truly could not have done this without her guidance and expertise.
