Allison joined The Real McCoy Group in September 2021 after spending several years traveling the globe in a sales and marketing position. She prides herself on learning about diversity as she grew up in the ever-changing environment of Montgomery County, Maryland. With so much that changes from year to year, Allison assures her clients that she understands a house is more than just a home, it's a base for everything. Diligent and driven in her first year of Real Estate, Allison won Rookie of the Year for Coastal Delaware.
