COLDWELL BANKER REALTY - COASTAL DELAWARE

Allison did a fantastic job from start to finish. She was patient in showing us homes to narrow down what we were looking for, was prompt and knowledgeable about each location prior to arrival. Allison was able to answer all of our questions along the way and did a great job maneuvering every curve ball the sellers threw at us. We would have easily walked away from the home purchase due to the number of challenges that arose during the process if it werent for Allisons persistence to smoothen the rough edges. Her effort did not go unnoticed. We would absolutely recommend Allison if youre looking for someone to be in your corner throughout the home buying process.

Working with Allison was an absolutely wonderful experience. She helped me find my dream home and made the entire process feel easy and manageable. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and she was always quick to respond and took the time to clearly explain everything. I truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and dedication every step of the way.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Allison Foshee as my seller's agent. I found Allison to be professional, knowledgeable and displayed great positive energy. Throughout the process Allison continued to listen my concerns and help facilitate the needs of the property above and beyond my expectations. As an out of state seller, her can do attitude with effective communication and attention to detail was exactly what I needed to sell this home. Allison comes highly recommended from this seller. Thank you Allison!

FANTASTIC! If you are looking to buy or sell please contact Allison! Professional, knowledgable, patient and ALWAYS there when you need her. Can't begin to describe how effortless she made the process of buying a new home. It's a shame this review only scales to 5 stars because she would have surely scored a 10 of 10 !

Allison worked with us for a few years prior to our purchase. She was always prompt, patient and very knowledgeable. We have developed not only a working relationship with her but a friendship as well. I would highly recommend Allison for any and all of your real estate needs.
