Community Involvement

I host free seminars and webinars--both online and at local community centers--for seniors and families on topics like downsizing, home safety, and aging in place, because I believe in serving my community beyond real estate. I walk with clients through emotionally and practically challenging transitions, especially for seniors and their loved ones, offering empathy, understanding, and expert guidance as an SRES(R). I'm also active in MomCo, a nonprofit community of mothers and families, where I contribute time and support its mission of connection and empowerment.

when I'm not out there working hard for my clients, you'll find me exploring the outdoors, hiking local East Bay trails, or enjoying beach days with my husband and two girls.

She's the best! I was very happy with everything that Allison did from the moment I met her up until now weeks after the purchase of my first home. She had to deal with myself and my 75-year-old mother and she was able to make both of us happy at the same time which usually is pretty hard to do. She was very informative she knew pretty much everything that you would need to know about a home and what she didn't know she knew who would know the answer to any question I had. I put my trust in her hands and she works so hard for me I can't even begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction I will forever use Allison as a realtor and recommend her to all my family and friends forever and ever. Allison Costelow was my Realtor from Benicia Remax Gold. My purchase was a Manufactured Home. Allison was so helpful dealing with two different lenders. Some banks do not loan for a manufactured home. Even though the loan was only 1/4 of the mortgage. I also had another home to sell. Allison was so helpful in coordinating the purchase. We were depending on so many people to finish the sale. I would highly recommend Allison. I am very happy with my new home.

Allison was wonderful to work with. She helped us purchase our first home in 2023. Allison was so helpful navigating us through all the big questions and explaining the process, getting us connected with the correct people and overall made the home buying experience less stressful.
