Helped in staging the house and made other recommendations. Allison actively listened to our concerns and showed openness to discussing them and coming up with a solution. She was a great negotiator. Her patience was invaluable when we kept messing up the forms we had to fill out. We highly recommend Allison if you need a top notch agent to sell or buy a house.
