Review Alla took on the task of showing my husband and I homes in the area when we were considering relocating no questions asked. She knew it was not a "for sure" move, but willingly took a day away from herself to spend with us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us great direction. There are many laws when living on a lake and Alla was well versed on all of them. Alla is very responsive, even to just let you know that she will get back to you (which she does at her earliest convenience), approachable and easy to work with. We greatly appreciated Alla's time, efforts and expertise.

Her recommendation for an initial offer was spot on, despite multiple offers on the house our offer was chosen by a narrow margin because of what she recommended. The office staff she works with were excellent as well, the closing was very quick and despite the one hour drive to the recorder's office, the house was in our name within 45 minutes after closing. I would highly recommend Alla to anyone who is moving into the Roanoke area, she and her team make the transition quick and easy.

Review Alla made the whole experience very easy going. It was a new build and there were minor obstacles that needed to be maneuvered through, but she always kept me in the loop with what was going on. The whole thing from start to finish was about a month i believe. If any veterans are reading this I utilized the VA loan which sometimes can prove more challenging than conventional loans, regardless Alla helped through all the VA challenges as well. Highly recommend using her services if you are in the market for a new home, second home or investment home. - JC

Review In my 15 years of real estate, Alla has been the best realtor I've worked with. I have been impressed with her depth of knowledge in everything from the $25,000 house to the $500,000 house. She knows the area very very well, and is always looking out for my best interest. If its a bad deal or area, she will tell me that. Most realtors I've worked with in the past, sit back and wait for me to ask to see something, or tell me about houses I've already found myself. Alla is constantly bringing me properties that I would NEVER have found on my own. She is a great hard worker. You can't go wrong with choosing her as your realtor. She's the only one I will work with.
