ZillowVERIFIED Ali was highly recommended to me by Mr. Barry Moore to be my realtor. I was told that he had good negotiating skills that would help when I found a home to purchase. Let me just say for the record that I am in awe of what Ali did for me to purchase my new starter home. He?s negotiating skills are top notch. Not only did he have the seller come down on the price of the home. He also managed to get me closing cost and HOA fees paid until the beginning of year of 2024. The list goes on but I just name a few. That my friends is absolutely hard to achieve in today?s market. Ali answered every question, text and call. If he didn?t have an answer he would find it and get back to me immediately. Ali is an incredible agent. ZillowVERIFIED Ali went above and beyond with everything a realtor could do. If I had questions or concerns at any time I knew he would be available to answer them. Not only did I use Ali to buy my house I also used him to sell it and he got me the best deal on both buying and selling. When I sold my house we had a few problems and Ali was available to not only calm the situation he was also able to fix them. When buying the house he was available to work around my hectic schedule to be able to see as many houses as we could before finally deciding. If I could give more then 5 stars I would absolute stellar realtor and if I ever get stationed in the state of Virginia again I know who to call. Thank you for everything you did making both the buying and selling the smoothest process you could I will be forever grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED I hired Ali as a recommendation of a friend. Ali was very enthusiastic and wanted to get the ball rolling right away. We talked about repairs needed and the pricing for repairs and we signed paperwork for listing right away. After that is when things started not working so well. He knew a contractor to do the minor repairs needed. After bringing in contractor, repairs were several times higher than what we had discussed. I asked him about this and he basically said that I should not have expected him to know pricing because he is not a contractor. I didnt like that attitude but he was a friends friend and if the house sold near asking price I would be happy. Once the house was on the market, it seemed to me that we were getting very little attention so I asked him about this and he suggested we dropped the price, so we did. Later, we still weren't getting any attention so he suggested we have the house staged and he knew somebody that would do it for $2,500.( He wanted to do this quickly so he was going to use his credit card and have me write him a check for $2,500. -this will be important to the story later) Anyway this house was dropped in price several times for a total of $25,000 below original asking price. One of those times it was dropped in price was without my knowledge or consent. Ali denied this at first but there was enough text messages and phone records that he could not deny. At the end of the contract terms Ali wanted me to sign paperwork extending the listing, I refused. Instead calling the owner of his office and requesting a different agent. They happily complied. Less than a week later Ali went to the house and took all of the staging material(The staging I paid $2500 to Ali and that he hired someone to do, or so he told me). I am still trying to figure out why he removed it and if it was legal for him to do so.

His ability to work with the lender on a complicated VA loan, using several Powers of Attorney allowed us to remain in California during the entire process.
