Ali is an absolute dream real estate professional. He is diligent, professional, and truly ADVOCATES for you. He is also super honest and cares about his clients, providing wise counsel for the various pros and cons of any given property. Buying a house in this market can be a nightmare, but it was as good of an experience as possible, thanks to Ali. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Truly the best.

I highly recommend Ali Dehdashty. He is very professional, knowledgable, and is very prompt in returning all questions and calls. He also helped me understand the process by explaining to me what the sellers responsibilities were and what the buyers responsibilities were.

Ali has been my Broker for four real estate transactions that including selling a multifamily building in a 1031 exchange and purchasing multiple investment properties. I am also working with him in another 1031 real estate investment property exchange. He also helped my buy my own home. Ali is simple outstanding at his trade. Other than being professional, well informed, meticulous and very punctual. I would also add that one of his unique characteristics is following up aggressively on issues and very quickly finding a path to resolution. He is simply a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend him as a broker.

Ali helped us sell our home and the process went smoothly. He held a brokers open house and communicated with us on a daily basis about the status of our sale. Our home sold for asking price and we couldnt be happier. Ali is very nice and knowledgeable about real estate and acts in our best interest. All the paperwork is done through Docusign so there was no delay as we could sign everything electronically. We highly recommend Ali for selling and purchasing a home!

Ali helped us buy our new home and we couldnt be happier! He was in constant contact with the other agent and was able to negotiate a great deal for us. He also uses advanced technology so we were able to sign papers from home or our smartphones and have it out to the other party right away. We will be using Ali whenever we need to buy or sell a home!
