ZillowVERIFIEDIn February of this year, I decided I wanted to sell my starter home and purchase another -very specific kind of home. I knew this would be difficult to accomplish one-after-another and did my due diligence when it came to research. In the end, AI recommended several realtors that had experience selling homes in my area, and I reached out to all the realtors recommended, researched them, and met them face-to-face in my home. Out of all the realtors that were recommended to me and I met with; Alfredo was the most prepared and professional one. (I kept the folder that Alfredo arrived with as momento -all the information he could dig up about my home and comparative sales in the area. It will be fun to open again in a few years and see our old home and what the market was like then) Of course, when the house was on the market, it sold quickly, 19 Days on Market, 14% Above Original List Price. Thanks to Alfredo! As my home was on the market, I was diligently searching for a starter home with a gorgeous in-law suite. Alfredos team sent me regular emails with listings in the areas that matched my criteria. When I found homes on Zillow that I was interested in, Alfredo scheduled time for me to go see them with him ASAP, and he arrived with the listing details, sellers disclosure, etc. When I found my dream home and my offer was not accepted, Alfredo made suggestions to me about what could be done next. This ultimately led to my slightly-higher offer to be accepted, and I was under contract for both houses -selling and buying, on the same day. During the inspection contingencies of both selling and buying, Alfredo was very helpful. When radon tests were showing different results, Alfredo did extensive research to get to the truth about why this was happening. He contacted the Bureau of Environmental Radiation at the NJ Department of Environmental Protection and got our questions answered. At the same time, he handled the inspection concerns of our home buyers. Alfredo and the Attorney he works with, Narina Manukian, were great at keeping us in the loop as they assisted us in buying and selling a home simultaneously. We decided to take an impromptu trip to Italy for 2 weeks, just 10 days before both our closings and they kept our minds at ease, informing us of every update along the way. Buying and Selling a home is a difficult thing to accomplish simultaneously, and Alfredo reminded us of this regularly. Ultimately, he made both closings happen on the same day. I could not have found a better Realtor!

From the moment I went to my first open house with Alfredo, I knew with 100% certainty he was the agent we would use.Not only did Alfredo help us narrow down an exact area we should be focused on based on our lifestyle, but on house tours he would ask questions of the listing agent and point things out to me that I never would have considered or even thought about. Since we live abroad and couldnt physically go see every listing we wanted to, Alfredo would always go above and beyond with virtual viewings on Facetime, taking walk-through videos of properties, and being available for phone calls even with the time zone difference.
