Alexis helped us find and purchase our first home. She made what could have been a daunting experience a smooth one--and in doing so, helped us find our dream home. Her responsiveness throughout the entire process was remarkable. I frequently have follow up questions and concerns, especially when doing something new, and she was always timely and patient with her responses. I found her demeanor incredibly calming and consistently felt reassured that we would find what we were looking for. Alexis was also able to meet us where we were at each step of the way. While we initially thought we would limit our search to homes within a certain budget, we soon realized that our vision for our home required some modifications to our budget. Alexis didn't flinch. She simply (and quickly) provided us with new options to accommodate this request. Her flexibility and ability to adapt and respond to our needs was instrumental in the home buying process. Alexis is both approachable and professional. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and a skilled negotiator. We give Alexis our highest recommendation.

We have purchased two houses and sold one with Alexis. The first purchase was in 2012 (a 203k financed project), the second sell/buy upgrade was in 2016. She is a project manager for every aspect of the transaction - friendly informational conversations, data gathering, showings, valuation, MARKETING for the sell, negotiation price but also for the little details that matter, inspections and closing coordination. Now double that (for a sell/buy)! She's an absolute pleasure to work with.

Alexis was great for us in our house hunt! We were navigating through an extremely competitive market for buyers, which required quick viewings of houses and some negotiating to get exactly what we wanted from the sellers. Alexis was with us every step of the way. She is very responsive over email, phone, or text. Alexis is very knowledgeable about the local market, trends, and repair issues to watch for while choosing your new home. We were very pleased with Alexis' assistance as our realtor.

We met Alexis Wolf at a wedding and instantly liked her. When we told her we were thinking of relocating from out of state to Portland, she followed-up with us when we were ready to start our real estate search. Alexis is a champion. She organized several house tours for us when we came to town, showing us an abundance of homes based on information we shared with her. She did not take us to see homes that did not match what we wanted to see. She optimizes (not wastes) your time. She always had a back pocket property to show us, too. We toured and toured homes until we found the perfect match, and we just took possession of our dream home thanks to her graceful diligence. Alexis never tired of showing and re-showing us homes. It is obvious she loves her job. Alexis is one of the best communicators we have worked with, not just in this real estate transaction, but overall, including our many years of professional work. She gets back to you! She is honest, smart, fun, knows the area, and is the true pro. We can't say enough about how great she is and how working with her is pure joy. She is a relationship builder, not just a transactional agent. She makes you feel like you are her only client. We had loads of above and beyond needs during our work with Alexis since we were locating out of state. She always got the tasks done, with a smile and constant check in with updates. We HIGHLY (yes all caps!) recommend Alexis.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Alexis in our house search! My husband and I were buying and selling simultaneously for the first time, and through what could have been a very stressful situation, Alexis helped every step of the way. She was constantly available via phone, email, and text, and set up showings for us almost immediately. In the current market in Portland (spring 2015), the seller has the advantage, and she expertly guided us in crafting our offer to help us land the home we wanted - and even beat out an all cash offer. We can't recommend Alexis highly enough, and would absolutely seek her expertise the next time we are in the housing market!

After a terrible experience with a realtor we found through Redfin who told us we could never find a house that we loved in our budget we set out to find someone who would support us. We got referrals from co-workers as well as our mortgage loan officer, scoured the internet for realtor interview questions, and set out to find the best person.Alexis was the first realtor we met with after we ditched our first realtor and by about halfway through our list of questions my parter and I were in love with her. We did our due diligence and met with the other people two, but Alexis was definitely the right fit for us.Alexis was focused on our needs and our budget. She never showed us anything that was completely off base. We are first time home buyers and given our small budget it did take quite a few showings to find the right place, but she never gave up on us or made us feel like we were wasting her time.Due to buying a foreclosure our closing process was arduous to say the least, but Alexis had excellent references for inspectors, she was extremely communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way, and she was always available when we needed her (which was often). We will 110% use Alexis when we are ready to sell and find another home and in the mean time we will continue to sing her praises and pass her name on to anyone looking for a home.

Alexis does a great job! Very knowledgeable and responsive and a great negotiator. I have bought and sold two properties with her aEUR" one was a condo in downtown Portland, the other was a house in West Linn. I was impressed both times and I will use her again when I sell!

Highly disappointed. I absolutely hope I never have to go through all the nonsense of buying a home again. Did not feel like I was a priority in the least. Failed to openly disclose that the sellers agent was a colleague and instead just slid an extra paper in with all the other offer paperwork. Very condescending attitude in general and I personally found all the houses that we looked at. Not a negotiator in the least.

Alexis Wolf has what it takes. Alexis helped us negotiate down closing costs multiple thousand dollars in our purchase of a bank owned property, being in the right place at the right time and advocating successfully for our interests She communicates well, returning messages promptly, researching issues thoughtfully, and openly absorbing new information quickly. She also has a fantastic work ethic, evidenced by getting contractor fixes completed on our new home before deadline. We are so grateful to Alexis for all she did for us.

We just moved in to our first home in Oregon. We have nothing but amazing things to say about Alexis. From begining to end, she did it all. She worked seamlessly with us and at every step, was in control and full of kindness. I'd been looking for homes with her long before we were ready to buy and she was very patient with me. I will recomend her to anyone looking to buy a home or anyone who needs help figuring out the real estate market.

Alexis helped us navigate our first home purchase in a very difficult market. We looked at house after house, it seemed to go on forever, but she was always full of energy and ready to help. She negotiated us through multiple bidding wars and finally we found our house. After our offer was accepted she helped us through the paperwork and the home inspection process. She was always there to answer questions and was very knowledgable about the entire process. I would definitely recommend Alexis to everyone buying or selling a home.

Alexis is a fantastic realtor! We had tried to sell our home several times over the years and we were never successful. Alexis helped us finally achieve success. Alexis gave us great suggestions to get our house ready for the market, held our hands and gave us great feedback through a very troublesome selling experience. Alexis also helped us find a great house that fit all of our needs and again helped us through a tough purchase. You will not have a better advocate on your side for selling or purchasing a home.
