We've had some great ones, but only a couple that stand out, Alexis is one of these. We moved from Colorado, so we knew nothing about the Carolinas. Alexis is an invaluable resource, she walked us through the process (it's a little different in NC than SC), helped us figure out which state to live in according to our needs and wants, levelled out bumps along the way, pointed out things we had no idea about (good and bad) in homes, saw things we didn't even think about.. the list goes on. She even coordinated with our Realtor in Colorado to close on both homes, in Colorado, on the same day so that we could just move in when we got to SC. We started working with her before relocating. She pinpointed great locations for us and was able to find homes within 95-99% of the combined family criteria we were looking for. We initially chose to work with a new builder, and she knew exactly which ones to match us up with based on simple things of how long their driveways were (for our 7 vehicles), property size, or layouts. We then instead, chose to go with a resale house. Again, she nailed the areas and home specs making it very difficult to choose just one house. Lol. I think one of the things that impressed me was if she couldn't be available at a day/time for us, while trying to make all of our schedules jive together, she had a coworker able to help us. And during that time she was still working remotely from her end . Such as drawing up appropriate contracts. Alexis made us feel important to her.
