Kalie indicated she was versed in dealing with HUD owned properties. She was not. She required help from others to update her credentials to even access the site. Despite having shown clear interest and requested no less than 5 times to initiate a bid on my behalf, she failed to submit a bid in 5 business days. When I finally realized that she was not as advertised and I asked to be released from the binding contract, she refused; instead she kept giving me the run around. So after wasting a week of my time I am back to square one. This experience was solely my fault as I did not vet this person as I should have.

In 2019 my wife and I had used multiple agents when we began to search for our first home. The first two agents were unfortunetly less than impressive. But the third time was the charm, Amber was the third agent we worked with and she was beyond amazing.
