Alex helped us find the right home, and close the sale within a month. He was with us every step of the way, and even ahead of us whenever we needed assistance. Alex was very accommodating with our initial e-mail contact, and was more than willing to meet with us, and show us several homes in the Evans, Ga. area. -- We pestered Alex more on weekends, then we did during the week. It didn't matter! Alex was more than helpful with any question or situation that arose. Our experience with Alex is what a Realtor- Client relationship should be!

Alex Smith is an absolutely top-notch realtor. Exceptionally knowledgeable, cheerful, and professional, he made the process of selling a home simple and straightforward! Alex is a superb negotiator. He struck the perfect balance with my buyers in finding win-win agreements at every turn: sales price, cost of repairs, closing date, etc. If you are buying or selling a home in Augusta, Georgia, Alex will bring nothing but goodness and positive outcomes to your real estate needs. Alex is really that good - and his bright smile and friendly good cheer are equally genuine as well!

Hi there, I wanted to write a review on my realtor from Georgia. I was moving to Georgia from Maine and I had a realtor from Maine to sell my home, and I had Alex Smith for a realtor in Georgia to purchase a home. I can?t tell you enough that if it had not been for him, I wouldn?t be enjoying my new home today in Georgia. He did pretty much all the work for my Maine realtor, plus above and beyond his part. He found my daughter and I the perfect house and location and we absolutely love it! He even send a video of what her school looks like and what to expect! He videoed the area, and what the surrounding area had looked like. We had talked with the seller of my new home, and he was telling me on how many offers he had received, which was a ton. He told me Alex went out of his way to chat with him and to let him know why this house would be perfect for my daughter and myself. Needless to say he accepted my offer, and the closing went smoothly thanks to him. My realtor in Maine really shouldn?t be practicing as again she messed the whole process of me selling my house there. Again, Alex was trying to fix everything on that end also. I just want anyone to know if you are looking for a realtor and you want someone to go above and beyond please check out Alex Smith at Keller Williams in Augusta, GA. He is like family now and you would experience the same thing! Thanks for reading. - Bobbie Jo West

I couldnt begin to explain how thankful I am to have had Alex as my realtor. He is a master at his craft and made the entire process so much less stressful. He is honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, very communicative and he never dropped the ball. He takes charge with lenders and other agents so you dont get railroaded and does it with such finesse that they dont even realize theyre being handled. I will never work with another agent if I dont have to. Thanks, Alex. Youre amazing!

Alex is very honest, up front, and would probably build you a spaceship if you asked. Anything and everything that needed to be done plus more, Alex did without question. Everytime I got nervous about the house we bought, Alex made sure my mind was at ease.

If you?re looking for a relator who is going to work for you! Stop looking, you just found probably one of the best realtors of the CSRA area! After recently getting hired for a new job in the area my fiance and I needed a house and fast! Alex provided us a list of houses and looked for houses that fit our style and budget. When we visited houses Alex had his computer and answered all questions about the house that I had. If he didn?t have the answer he would get back to you on it. Alex is very dependable, reliable and communicates without me having to contact him. Within one day of actually doing walkthroughs of houses, we found our dream home and Alex put a bid in for us immediately! We just closed today and were very happy! If I need to ever move again or know of anyone in the area I certainly know who I will be contacting!

Alex was fantastic to work with. Every time we spoke, he always asked if I needed anything and when I did, he jumped on it. His communication skills are excellent, and he always stayed in touch or got back to me quickly when I needed information. He took initiative when securing local contractors to get my house ready to sell. (I think his middle name must be hustle!) He kept every promise he made to me and got me top dollar. I would use Alex again for sure and I highly recommend him.
