Alex exceeded all expectations and provided such exceptional customer service that I felt I must share my experience. I had been thrust into a position of being a POA which entailed selling a property in Florida that I had never seen and due to the pandemic, could not travel to from New York. So, Alex was my eyes and ears and I had to rely entirely on his advice, description of the property, marketing efforts and communication. This property was comparatively low priced, so I was impressed with the efforts he put forth in marketing the property and the service he provided to me. I had retired from working at a federal lending organization and had over 30 years experience in working with agents while marketing our inventory property.
