Lauren was extremely knowledgeable during the listing process and very upfront with information presented, which made everything smooth and helped avoid unrealistic expectations for selling our home. We sold our home for over the listed priced in less than 24 hours and had numerous inquiries on showings within hours of it being listed. Alex exceeded all expectations and provided such exceptional customer service that I felt I must share my experience. I had been thrust into a position of being a POA which entailed selling a property in Florida that I had never seen and due to the pandemic, could not travel to from New York.
